* Dining: An adjacent dining table seats an additional six guests.

Loved the fact that the place was well stocked with everything needed for cooking and plenty of games along with 3 televisions. Ryan was an excellent host, who responds very quickly for any needs I may have had. His property is situated in a very nice area with a beautiful creek running through his backyard. Great experience.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and a great place for our trip. Our host was very welcoming, responsive, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We really appreciated the hospitality and everything the host provided. We had a great time and would definitely consider staying here again. We had a great stay. Clean and comfortable place. A little stream right outside our balcony. Ryan was a great host. Easy, smooth check in and checkout process. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is ideal! We loved being 2-3 min walk from the Athletic Club and the excellent, family-friendly restaurant inside- All American Dave's. We bought passes to the Athletic Club and really enjoyed being near the pool & restaurant. The creek in the backyard was magical and perfect for soaking feet in after a long hike. We kept the back door open all the time to hear the creek. It felt like being in a treehouse up on the second floor with the Aspen trees quaking right outside. Everything inside was tidy and nice and we had what we needed in terms of linens & essentials. It was a very quick trip to the store for whatever items we needed to pick up. The beds were comfy and our 5 year old loved the bunk bed. One point of preference to note- the big couch in the living room is an extremely soft / sinky couch. Perfect for those that like that style, but not ideal if that's not your style. If you prefer something with firmness, there is a single chair or the dining table to sit at.
