Simple, Dog friendly condo just a short walk to Canyon Lodge and The Village! Steps from hiking and biking trails in summer and a 10 min walk to the lifts in the winter. Enjoy a cozy space with a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and 2 spacious bedrooms. Condo has its own dedicated garage parking. Fast, reliable WiFi. Complex amenities include pool, hot tub, sauna, BBQs, tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts.
Our charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers a rustic mountain-cabin feel with all the modern comforts of home. With space for the whole family, it's the perfect setting for your Mammoth Lakes getaway.
LIVING ROOM:
Kick back on the spacious sectional and enjoy a movie night on the 55-inch smart TV. For a classic mountain evening, cozy up by the stone fireplace with a blanket and hot chocolate, or gather your group for a round of board games.
KITCHEN & DINING:
Prepare a hearty après ski meal in the refreshed, fully stocked kitchen, equipped with modern stainless steel appliances. Enjoy your meals at the dining table for four, or grab a casual bite at the four person breakfast bar.
PRIMARY BEDROOM:
Sleep soundly in the luxurious king size bed. This room features a 50-inch smart TV, a Nest-controlled wall heater for personalized comfort, a ceiling fan, and private access to a full bathroom.
SECOND BEDROOM:
Perfect for kids or a second family, this room includes two bunk beds, each with a queen-size mattress on the bottom and a twin-size mattress on top. It also has its own smart TV and Nest-controlled wall heater.
BALCONY:
Step out onto the private balcony to take in the crisp mountain air.

Ryan’s place was exactly what we needed for our family of five and our dog. We had plenty of space to relax and enjoy our short weekend getaway. The couch was incredibly comfortable, and we really appreciated the easy check-in and check-out process. Ryan was also very accommodating and made our weekend even better by helping us with an early check-in. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend Ryan’s place to family and friends!

This condo was a great place to stay for our family! Ryan was very helpful and responsive. The condo was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and close to the village and ski/mountain biking park. We really enjoyed our stay here!

We absolutely loved this place! We did a stopover in Mammoth during our family road trip and Ryan’s place couldn’t have been more perfect. The views from the windows and balcony were beautiful, the large family room and dinning room set up were nice to come back to after a long fun day in Yosemite National Park (only about 45 mins away by the way) - played board games and watched the World Cup highlights! Go Brazil! :) The place was incredibly clean, furniture + beds were really comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need - I made my famous bacon and egg sandwiches in the morning. And their check in/ out process was easy peasy! Ryan was a great communicator also. We had a couple questions about the really nice fire place in the living room and responded within minutes. Ryan’s place is close to all the various downtown spots. It was the five of us plus our pup. I highly recommend Ryan’s place if you’re thinking a stopover in Mammoth! We’ll certainly book here again!

Had a great time! The place is as described and had everything we needed. It was just two of us but would’ve been a lot of fun with a group of friends. The parking is super easy and the apt is also close to the pool and hot tub, so that’s a plus. Ryan is also the most responsive host I’ve had. Will be back!

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view. Kitchen has everything you need. Large TVs in all the rooms. Close to hikes.

The condo was immaculate and very comfortable, with the mountain vibe. Kitchen was well appointed with lots of dishes and silverware, bakeware, multiple pots and pans, spices, even laundry detergent for laundry down the hall. Bed and bedding were very comfortable! Towels were plush. The only thing I wish we had access to was a closet--all were locked. I think it's helpful to know that the 2 bedrooms are downstairs with one bath down. The other bathroom is on the main level with the living room and kitchen. Great place to stay!
