Simple and Cozy, pet-friendly mountain retreat in Mammoth, perfect for a small family or a few friends! 10 minute walk to the Canyon Lodge lifts. This 2 level condo features a gas fireplace, strong WiFi, a king bed loft with an office, and a main floor sleeping nook. Enjoy access to two hot tubs, a sauna, and a seasonal pool. Comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests.
**PLEASE NOTE THERE IS CONSTRUCTION ON ADJACENT BUILDING: May 4th-July 31st. There may be construction noise M-F between 8-5pm.

LIVING AREA:
* Unwind on a cozy leather couch in front of the warm gas fireplace.
* Watch a movie on the 65" flat-screen TV.
* Stay connected with strong, reliable WiFi clocked at over 200 Mbps, perfect for streaming or remote work.
KITCHEN & DINING:
* The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and supplies you need to prepare your favorite meals.
* A clever hide-away table under the breakfast bar provides an additional dining spot to enjoy your food and drinks.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS & BATHROOMS (2 Bedrooms + Loft, 2 Full Bathrooms):
* Main Floor Sleeping Nook: A cozy twin bed with a pull out trundle underneath to create a comfortable king-sized sleeping area.
* Upstairs Loft: The spacious loft features a king-sized bed, a 40" flat-screen TV, and a dedicated office area with a desk, monitor, and chair.
* Main Floor Bathroom: A full bathroom with a shower.
* Upstairs Bathroom: Features a relaxing soaker tub with a waterfall shower head.

Amazing stay at an amazing location! Garage parking was super helpful and exactly what was needed. Nice with easy access to minaret vista point! Loved it.

Ryan's place was as described, plenty of space, everything we needed. He was easy to communicate with and he helped remedy a few glitches we had upon arrival. Location was convenient to town and Spring skiing at the Mill and Main lodge. He was good enough to mail back a first aid kit I left in the unit. One issue that was not communicated to us beforehand was that there was ongoing construction right outside our windows as they were replacing the condo siding on the buildings across from us. We didn't discover this until the day after we arrived and came back from skiing. Genie lift and construction workers hammering and sawing from 8am- 4 sometimes 5 pm M-F. We couldn't relax amongst the trees in peace inside or on the deck until our last day Saturday. Disappointing, but still had a fun trip. Don't forget to visit Willy's Hot Springs and Hot Creek for great views and a dip after skiing.

Great little condo for a ski trip. We stayed at Ryan’s place with our dog. Ryan is very responsive and accommodating, including last minute date change. The whole process is very smooth. The final quote during booking is the full price, including the pet fee. Also, place is exactly as shown, very clean. We had a great time here and would love to come back in the future.
