It was such a lovely stay here. My family and I enjoyed the space and was big enough for our family. Ryan was a great host and answered all of our questions. We extended our trip by a night and it was easy to do. Would stay here again! Lovely place.

Family trip for the new year and we had an amazing time! Great location and absolutely beautiful surroundings especially with all the snow!! The home is very welcoming and comfortable. The garage parking is awesome, no digging our car out of snow! My only two cons; paper thin walls and tiny steps when you first enter into the building. Home was beautiful, loved the cow pictures.. would absolutely rebook and recommend!

Everything was flawless. Easy process, super clean, and plenty of room for me & my boys. Hopefully the wifey comes next time. Super close to Canyon Lodge as well. We still drove every morning, but one of my sons walked home from snowboarding one day.

Great condo in a nice location in Mammoth

Condo was great, it was super comfortable and clean. The host Ryan was very helpful and communicated clearly.

Beautiful renovated home with thoughtful touches throughout. We loved our time staying in. Close to canyon and the village is a quick gondola ride away. Take the easy access point to canyon lodge by using the stairs listed in guide book. Then ride back home from the mtn using the village ski back trail. It takes you right to the back entrance of the complex. Wall fixtures were labeled for ease. Loved the big fully stocked kitchen. Entire place was super clean and had everything you could need. Even had a electro magnetic defroster kit in case your car lock froze. Thankfully we didnt need it with a covered parking garage. Thanks for sharing your home.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved our stay here! Walking in, we could immediately tell how clean this air bnb is. It is definitely well cared for. The layout is very cool, with a loft over the living space. It’s great for spending time with a large group, especially with all of the kitchen counter and table seating. The living room couch was so comfy! There also were plenty of blankets, pillows, and extra sleeping surfaces. The spacious parking was really nice for a Mammoth condo, too. Ryan was a great host. He proactively communicated about a minor hot tub issue, and it was fixed quickly, in time for us to enjoy during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Me and my friends loved how big the living room was so we could all watch from the smart tv which is a plus , I loved the kitchen they had so many seasonings and had a filter water in the fridge . The oven and microwave were super easy to use I love a good kitchen since we prefer to dine in . Master bedroom had a beautiful view.

We had a great stay! The location is perfect for snowboarding as it’s walkable to Canyon Lodge. It matched the photos, was comfortable and had plenty of space for our family and pup! We really appreciate that it was dog-friendly! Ryan was very nice and very responsive! We’ll be back!

Nice dog-friendly spot with a cozy fireplace located between the village and Canyon Lodge. If it snows, the covered parking comes in clutch. Only gripe is Airbnb added $300 plus at checkout for taxes and fees. Thought they made the total price upfront, but hey, I still booked it and had a great time on the slopes. The kitchen was great for cooking. The one time I ate out was at the vulcania in the village. Great pizza! Recommend the pepperoni and the fungi.

This condo is in a superb location for skiers at Mammoth. It is comfortable and well appointed, with good parking. Ryan was extremely responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again - and probably will!

This condo is in a great location within walkable distance to Canyon Lodge. Check in was easy and having indoor parking was a plus. The condo itself was clean and comfortable, and there’s access to a hot tub and sauna, although we never ended up using them. I would have no hesitation staying here again.

Ryan was friendly, proactive and accommodating. The condo was wonderful! Very clean, comfortable living areas and bedrooms, incredible location close to canyon lodge. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. So appreciate a dog friendly place to stay so close to the mountain! We’d love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location is fantastic—it’s very close to Canyon Lodge, and we were able to walk to the ski lifts easily, which made our ski trip so convenient. The place itself is very cozy and welcoming. The whole apartment feels warm and comfortable, and it was a perfect place to relax after a long day on the mountain.The bed was also extremely comfortable, and we slept very well during our stay. We would definitely love to come back and stay here again in the future!

Fantastic location at Canyon Lodge making it so easy and convenient to get on the slopes within minutes! The host Ryan was outstanding—always quick to respond and immediately care for our needs and requests, going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. He also provides a great guidebook with helpful information, local tips, excursion ideas and places to visit. The condo was spotless, one of the neatest and cleanest I’ve ever stayed at! I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay at the base of Canyon Lodge! And being able to bring our two dogs was the icing on the cake! Five stars all the way!"

Great location. 5-10 minute walk to Canyon Lodge or there is a bus stop right at the end of the driveway for easy access to the lifts.

Really enjoyed staying here. Originally we hired a dog sitter but since Ryan’s place welcomes dogs we brought our doggie along. Just had a wonderful time staying there. Place was super clean and well stocked. Bedrooms abd bathrooms also very clean and comfortable. We also used the community Jacuzzi, very relaxing . Overall had a great time and def would use again.

What a wonderful stay near the Mammoth slopes! Walkable to the village and surrounding trails. Ryan was quick to respond, and we loved their binder of local rec’s! Look forward to staying again :-)

Great little condo for a ski trip. We stayed at Ryan’s place with our dog. Ryan is very responsive and accommodating, including last minute date change. The whole process is very smooth. The final quote during booking is the full price, including the pet fee. Also, place is exactly as shown, very clean. We had a great time here and would love to come back in the future.

I’m very fortunate to be able to say that throughout all my stays on air bnb I seem to always experience a wonderful host. Ryan doesn’t disappoint in the slightest. Very responsive, communicative, helpful, and accommodating. To top it off the place is wonderful. The best part is you are so close to the canyon lift that if needed to you could walk there in about 5 mins or less and walk back to the place after a great day out on the mountain. If the lift isnt open there is still a bus that will pick you up and drop you off right at the bottom of the complex’s entrance. (Green line) With all that said its hard to ask for a better host because one can only do so much, and Ryan will certainly do his best to make you feel at home. Place is clean, welcoming and easy to access. With all these pros there surely is a con, right? Well yes, but the only con I can think of is you’ll have to walk up a couple flights of stairs to get to the room. But we all could probably use the exercise anyways.

Ryan was a great host who provided clear check-in instructions and followed up to ensure the check-in was smooth. Ryan’s place was clean and cozy. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We definitely look forward to booking with Ryan again for future trips.

My group stayed here for a weekend snowboarding trip and felt right at home. All the amenities listed were available and the place was super clean! Parking was extremely easy to find for multiple cars, which can be an issue for some stays in Mammoth. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Ryan's place was as described, plenty of space, everything we needed. He was easy to communicate with and he helped remedy a few glitches we had upon arrival. Location was convenient to town and Spring skiing at the Mill and Main lodge. He was good enough to mail back a first aid kit I left in the unit. One issue that was not communicated to us beforehand was that there was ongoing construction right outside our windows as they were replacing the condo siding on the buildings across from us. We didn't discover this until the day after we arrived and came back from skiing. Genie lift and construction workers hammering and sawing from 8am- 4 sometimes 5 pm M-F. We couldn't relax amongst the trees in peace inside or on the deck until our last day Saturday. Disappointing, but still had a fun trip. Don't forget to visit Willy's Hot Springs and Hot Creek for great views and a dip after skiing.

The condo was immaculate and very comfortable, with the mountain vibe. Kitchen was well appointed with lots of dishes and silverware, bakeware, multiple pots and pans, spices, even laundry detergent for laundry down the hall. Bed and bedding were very comfortable! Towels were plush. The only thing I wish we had access to was a closet--all were locked. I think it's helpful to know that the 2 bedrooms are downstairs with one bath down. The other bathroom is on the main level with the living room and kitchen. Great place to stay!

Had a great time! The place is as described and had everything we needed. It was just two of us but would’ve been a lot of fun with a group of friends. The parking is super easy and the apt is also close to the pool and hot tub, so that’s a plus. Ryan is also the most responsive host I’ve had. Will be back!

We had a great stay at Ryan’s condo! The location is perfect. It is walkable to the restaurants and shops in the Village, and was a good home base for all of our adventures. The decor is updated and well done, and the check-in instructions and house manual were clear and thorough. For anyone with mobility issues, I will say that there are two flights of stairs to get to the unit and more stairs in the condo. Also, the garage door must be opened and closed manually. This info is described in the listing, so it was not a surprise and did not bother us, but if you have any physical limitations you will want to consider this. Otherwise, I definitely recommend staying here!

We absolutely loved this place! We did a stopover in Mammoth during our family road trip and Ryan’s place couldn’t have been more perfect. The views from the windows and balcony were beautiful, the large family room and dinning room set up were nice to come back to after a long fun day in Yosemite National Park (only about 45 mins away by the way) - played board games and watched the World Cup highlights! Go Brazil! :) The place was incredibly clean, furniture + beds were really comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need - I made my famous bacon and egg sandwiches in the morning. And their check in/ out process was easy peasy! Ryan was a great communicator also. We had a couple questions about the really nice fire place in the living room and responded within minutes. Ryan’s place is close to all the various downtown spots. It was the five of us plus our pup. I highly recommend Ryan’s place if you’re thinking a stopover in Mammoth! We’ll certainly book here again!

My family and I had a lovely stay. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved being able to bring our dog with us. The only thing I would note is that the condo gets a bit warm in the summer. The windows are all on one side of the building limiting any cross breeze, so while it cools off at night, the temp inside upstairs never changed by much.

Great, pet-friendly place to stay in Mammoth!

Ryan was amazing. We had a few little issues with work going on at the condo, but he was top notch! The condo itself is lovely, perfectly situated near town and near the ski lift. The bathrooms, hallway and kitchen are dated and need paint and updating. The fireplace is gorgeous. It has a garage which is so helpful, fyi the garage door does not lock. We loved the area and location.

The location is ideal! We loved being 2-3 min walk from the Athletic Club and the excellent, family-friendly restaurant inside- All American Dave's. We bought passes to the Athletic Club and really enjoyed being near the pool & restaurant. The creek in the backyard was magical and perfect for soaking feet in after a long hike. We kept the back door open all the time to hear the creek. It felt like being in a treehouse up on the second floor with the Aspen trees quaking right outside. Everything inside was tidy and nice and we had what we needed in terms of linens & essentials. It was a very quick trip to the store for whatever items we needed to pick up. The beds were comfy and our 5 year old loved the bunk bed. One point of preference to note- the big couch in the living room is an extremely soft / sinky couch. Perfect for those that like that style, but not ideal if that's not your style. If you prefer something with firmness, there is a single chair or the dining table to sit at.

Ryan’s place is great. Pet friendly, well equipped, modern and clean! They even supplied dog bowls if needed which is very thoughtful. Thoroughly enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony among the trees. Great amenities, pool, hot tub, and sauna! Only small downfall was we visited during the peak of summer and upstairs where both bedrooms are located stayed pretty warm, making it a bit uncomfortable for some of us to sleep after a long day outdoors. Not completely certain if the home is temperature regulated or not. We would definitely choose to stay here again during the winter season.

Our group had an amazing stay at this Mammoth condo. The space was clean, beautifully put together, and incredibly functional for a larger group. What we loved: Kitchen utility: Fully stocked with plenty of dishes, plates, and silverware for everyone. Smart layout: Outlets were perfectly placed exactly where you needed them. Bathrooms were easily accessible from any area. Sleeping setups: The bunk beds are definitely for children (we are a tall family). Includes a high-quality air mattress and crisp, clean sheets. Pristine condition: The entire condo was clean and well-maintained. Responsive host: Ryan was always available to answer questions and got back to messages quickly - very helpful. He also honored a lower price on his posting for having a pet present. Class act. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Mammoth with a family or group. We would absolutely stay here again!

My friends and I stayed here for my birthday weekend and had the absolute best time! It was such a cozy house with all the amenities needed for a big girl group. It was also near a bus stop so for anyone wanting to get to the mountain/village without having to drive, this location was great. Overall, it was a lovely experience and I look forward to having Ryan host us again next season!

We really liked the feel of this place and were very comfortable hanging out in the living area. The back balcony with the creek view was great for sitting and reading in the sun. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. WiFi was reliable while we were there. It was an easy drive into town or up to the mountain. We'd happily stay there again!

We loved the house. Great feel and great condition. All around impressed. The location was private and upscale, short drive from the center of town. Highly recommended.

Loved staying here for our weekend in mammoth. Plenty of space, but keep in mind that it’s on the fourth floor with no elevators. Not the most easily accessible, but well worth the price

We had an incredible stay at Ryan’s condo in Mammoth. The space was perfect for our family of 4 plus our small dog. There was plenty of parking for our large vehicle and the snow plows kept the space outside easy to access during the multi day storm! I was thrilled at how easy it was to access our streaming apps from the huge tv in the living room. My boys and I were able to catch up on Stranger Things after sledding and playing in the snow all day! The kitchen was perfectly stocked with plenty of pans to make dinner a breeze and loved the amount of counter space too. The beds were super cozy and we loved having two floors to spread out. 10 out of 10 stay will definitely stay again on our next mountain adventure. Thank you Ryan!

Ryan was a great host the location was awesome quick walk to canyon. The condo had everything you needed. Ryan was a huge help with parking my truck was to big to fit in the garage and he called the office to let them know I was there so I didn’t get one of those lovely stickers if you know you know.

Ryan was a great host and his place is in ideal proximity to Canyon Lodge as well as shuttle stops. My family had a great time during the recent storm and enjoyed all of the amenities. \n\nThe driveway is pretty steep, so I'd definitely recommend tire chains/cables and crampons for boots if there's a major storm and you plan on going in and out.

Great place. Walking distance to the slopes and a 20 min walk to the Village. Place was great. We had four (+ a dog) and fit very comfortably. Garage came in VERY handy as it dumped a LOT of snow. Thanks Ryan!

Ryan’s place was super cozy. My husband, dog and I spent a week here. It’s close to Canyon and had everything we needed for our stay. We definitely want to stay here again!

It was in a great location and had beautiful scenery which is exactly what we wanted when staying in Mammoth. The drive to a restaurant was only around 5 min away. We felt at home and even enjoyed the games that they had. It was only 8° at night when we were up there, so we took advantage of the heaters and fireplace to keep warm. Ryan was extremely easy to get in touch with (very fast to respond) and was accommodating. Our family and dogs would definitely stay here again!

We appreciated Ryan’s quick communication and flexibility with our arrival as we were trying to get away from the fire smoke. The condo was clean, bright and comfortable (beds, throws and couch). we spent our weekend hiking around Mammoth, and Ryan's home was a perfect launch point. About a mile uphill from the Village, the condo was close to restaurants and bars and was only a few miles from the INCREDIBLE Mammoth Lake Trail system. The beds were very comfy and everything was super clean. Excellent stay.

This was place was perfect for a family of 3 and two dogs. It was clean and well stocked. The place was very well kept and had a very comforting feel. We definitely recommend this place to anyone and will be back again. Ryan was very responsive and made our stay very easy going.

This place was perfect for my family of 6 which included 2 teenagers and 2 younger children since it was spotless, in a quiet area near The Village with all the cute shops and restaurants and best of all - plenty of room. Downstairs had a table that sat 4, an island with 3 more seats, a cozy living room area, and patio which had a table and 2 chairs to hang out. My husband and I also didn’t have to share a bedroom since the other had 3 double beds which the kids enjoyed sharing together. Ryan was also an amazing host! He was quick to respond to our messages, friendly, and accommodated my family at the last minute. A few other things to note for those that might need it - there was no central air but both bedrooms had a fan and it was cool enough for us to open the windows. We also had to walk a few sets of stairs to get to the location (I would ask about elevators if needed) I would definately book here again if we are back in the area. Thank you for making us feel at home Ryan!

We were so grateful for Ryan and his cozy condo. We got stormed out of Camping in the Eastern Sierra and needed a place to stay in very short notice. Within ten minutes we were in this gorgeous cabin with the fireplace on. Also--what a nice setup in the kitchen. It was really nicely appointed (not your typical AirBnB kitchen setup), there were nice dishes and plenty of glasses and cutlery.--get this, even sharp knives! If you enjoy cooking, you'll have everything you need and more. The beds were comfortable and Ryan was super responsive to our questions as we had them. Many thanks for being our literal shelter from the storm!

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book again. Very charming, cozy, and in a great location. We really appreciated the thoughtful goodies like coffee, cocoa & popcorn. Also, the bed was SO comfortable, which is hard to find on airbnb. The fireplace was great for curling up on the couch and enjoying our evening in after dinner. Ryan was a phenomenal host. The place was stunning. The views were incredible. It fit my family and I perfectly. It had everything and more that we needed. Very close to all the lakes. We went to Silver lake, Grant lake, June lake and rented a boat to fish at Gull lake. The beds were comfortable. It was so cozy. It had an electric fireplace which we used. And controlled heating in every room just as described. The location of the actual condo is perfect, super easy to find. Absolutely worth the money. We are definitely coming back.

I had such a wonderful stay at this cozy and beautiful home in Mammoth! The pictures didn’t do it justice — it’s even more charming in person. The space was spotless and had everything I needed for a comfortable getaway. The updated kitchen and bathroom were a huge plus — modern, stylish, and super clean. The home had all the amenities to make it feel like a home away from home. I only wish I could have stayed longer! Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mammoth.

Had a short but great stay at Ryan’s! Great location, conveniently close to the entrance for Mammoth Slopes. Just a note for future guests, the Airbnb is up two flights of fairly steep stairs, which may be a challenge for elderly guests or anyone with knee issues.

A friend and I booked this space last minute after a backpacking trip. It was exactly what we needed to unwind, cleanup, make a home-cooked meal, and relax in front of a cozy fire after sleeping in the cold the night before. It was nice and close to town, and Ryan was really easy to communicate with.

We had a great stay at Ryan’s place. This complex is right next to Canyon Lodge and so convenient to the village! The unit is nice and updated with everything you could need in the bathrooms and kitchen. Perfectly located between the two hot tubs and convenient parking downstairs. Ryan was very communicative and flexible with a late checkout which was much appreciated. Definitely the best unit we’ve stayed in at the Mammoth Ski and Racquet Club! We will happily be back for more snowboarding and cozy vibes!

Ryan is an excellent host. We encountered an issue during our stay and he handled it professionally, appropriately, and timely with clear and consistent communication. I especially appreciated that we could bring our dogs and the provided crate. The place is a bit far* to walk to Canyon with skis and full gear, but there is a nearby bus stop or you can get up a bit early and park at Canyon (free parking available until around 7:30ish). I did the latter and it made it super easy to handle gear and kids. Plus, I took my dogs with me to park and the short walk back was perfect for their morning constitutional. *many skiers in same condo area hiked just fine. It’s very doable, but I have a low tolerance for this chore

Hi! Great place with amazing access to the mountain. Kitchen is stocked with anything a cook might need. Only con is that the heaters sound like diesel engines turning on & off throughout the day:night. Bring ear plugs otherwise you’ll be woken up!

Great place. Cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at (used AirBnBs +40 times). Walking distance to Canyon Lodge ski lifts (though we drove). Warm and cozy. We cooked in kitchen, used keurig coffee maker, used jacuzzi, parked in garage, played board games, watched tv. Made short drive into village for shopping and dinner. Carried suitcase and 4 snowboards up one flight of stairs. Host was super responsive. No problems at all. Would stay again.

Ryan was a great host of his condominium. He was responsive to all of our questions and requests when they came up. Condo is perfect for our family ski trip. The two bedrooms allowed for enough space for us, including our two teenage boys the kitchen had lots of good basic equipment with sharp knives that we appreciate it because we cooked most of our meals. There was even coffee ready to brew, which is one way we judge good Airbnb‘s. Getting to Canyon Lodge was very easy from the condo because the shuttle stop is right near the condo complex. One of the days, we also made the short walk to Chair 7. We will be be excited to return to Ryan’s condo for another ski trip in the future.

Ryan’s place in Mammoth was absolutely perfect, I truly couldn’t have asked for a better AirBnb experience! We’ve stayed in Mammoth many times, and this is by far our new favorite place to stay in all of Mammoth!! The check in was so easy, all of the instructions sent ahead of time were very clear. The condo itself was beautiful!! It was spotless, zero clutter, and a modern yet very cozy decor throughout the condo. All of this made me feel so comfortable and happy at this place. They did such a good job of thinking about the guest experience, which truly felt above and beyond. Also the couch and the beds were sooo comfortable!! It was the perfect place to stay while having fun playing in the mountains and cruising around town! Being there in September, we went to the bike park and loved that we could end our day biking off one of the trails and ending right at the condo basically. Can’t wait to come back for a winter trip! Also shout out to Ryan for being so easy to communicate with!

A Mammoth gem! Lovely, stylish home with every amenity well thought-out. Very clean, nicely stocked with good quality appliances and kitchen wares, organized (little labels everywhere), and comfortable space. We stayed only two nights, and enjoyed the home very much. It was wonderful to be able to include our well behaved dog, thank you for that opportunity. This is one of the best airbnbs we've stayed in. We're looking forward to a return visit.

Perfect location for a mountain bike vacation. Condo backs up to multiple trails for hiking, walking and biking making it easy to just get up and go. Super close drive to the village too.
