PRIMARY BEDROOM

The primary bedroom features a full-size bunk bed, making it a great sleeping space for kids, additional guests, or families traveling together. You'll also find a smart TV, ceiling fan, dresser, and closet for added comfort and convenience.

LOFT SLEEPING AREA

Unwind in the comfortable king-size bed after a full day of mountain adventures. This inviting sleeping space features a ceiling fan, nightstands, and a full-size dresser for storing your belongings.

Please note: The loft is semi-open, with a partial-height wall overlooking the dining area below. While it offers some separation from the main living space, it is not a fully enclosed bedroom, and sound may travel between the two areas.

Enjoy the convenience of one dedicated covered garage parking space (80" Max Clearance), plus 1 additional outdoor space available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Is parking included, and how many vehicles can I bring?

This property includes 1 designated garage parking space. A second spot is available in any of the outside parking spaces, near the garages, on a first come first serve basis. If your traveling with more than 2 cars I can help provide details for the paid overnight parking lots in town.

Do I need chains or a 4WD/AWD vehicle in the winter?

During winter weather, California chain controls may be in effect on roads leading to and within Mammoth Lakes, including for some AWD and 4WD vehicles. We recommend carrying properly sized chains and checking current road and weather conditions before traveling.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Detailed arrival and check-in instructions will be provided 3 days before your stay.

How do I access the property when I arrive?

This property offers convenient contactless self check-in with a smart door lock. Before arrival, you'll receive a personalized access code that allows you to enter the property throughout your stay without picking up keys.

Are pets allowed?

These shared amenities are available to all guests at the complex and are open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please note that the outdoor pool is seasonal and is typically open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.
