Simple and Cozy, pet-friendly mountain retreat in Mammoth, perfect for a small family or a few friends! 10 minute walk to the Canyon Lodge lifts. This 2 level condo features a gas fireplace, strong WiFi, a king bed loft with an office, and a main floor sleeping nook. Enjoy access to two hot tubs, a sauna, and a seasonal pool. Comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests.
**PLEASE NOTE THERE IS CONSTRUCTION ON ADJACENT BUILDING: May 4th-July 31st. There may be construction noise M-F between 8-5pm.

* The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and supplies you need to prepare your favorite meals.
* A clever hide-away table under the breakfast bar provides an additional dining spot to enjoy your food and drinks.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS & BATHROOMS (2 Bedrooms + Loft, 2 Full Bathrooms):
* Main Floor Sleeping Nook: A cozy twin bed with a pull out trundle underneath to create a comfortable king-sized sleeping area.
* Upstairs Loft: The spacious loft features a king-sized bed, a 40" flat-screen TV, and a dedicated office area with a desk, monitor, and chair.
* Main Floor Bathroom: A full bathroom with a shower.
* Upstairs Bathroom: Features a relaxing soaker tub with a waterfall shower head.

Nice dog-friendly spot with a cozy fireplace located between the village and Canyon Lodge. If it snows, the covered parking comes in clutch. Only gripe is Airbnb added $300 plus at checkout for taxes and fees. Thought they made the total price upfront, but hey, I still booked it and had a great time on the slopes. The kitchen was great for cooking. The one time I ate out was at the vulcania in the village. Great pizza! Recommend the pepperoni and the fungi.

What a wonderful stay near the Mammoth slopes! Walkable to the village and surrounding trails. Ryan was quick to respond, and we loved their binder of local rec’s! Look forward to staying again :-)
