Simple, Dog friendly condo just a short walk to Canyon Lodge and The Village! Steps from hiking and biking trails in summer and a 10 min walk to the lifts in the winter. Enjoy a cozy space with a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and 2 spacious bedrooms. Condo has its own dedicated garage parking. Fast, reliable WiFi. Complex amenities include pool, hot tub, sauna, BBQs, tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts.
Our charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers a rustic mountain-cabin feel with all the modern comforts of home. With space for the whole family, it's the perfect setting for your Mammoth Lakes getaway.
LIVING ROOM:
Kick back on the spacious sectional and enjoy a movie night on the 55-inch smart TV. For a classic mountain evening, cozy up by the stone fireplace with a blanket and hot chocolate, or gather your group for a round of board games.
KITCHEN & DINING:
Prepare a hearty après ski meal in the refreshed, fully stocked kitchen, equipped with modern stainless steel appliances. Enjoy your meals at the dining table for four, or grab a casual bite at the four person breakfast bar.
PRIMARY BEDROOM:
Sleep soundly in the luxurious king size bed. This room features a 50-inch smart TV, a Nest-controlled wall heater for personalized comfort, a ceiling fan, and private access to a full bathroom.
SECOND BEDROOM:
Perfect for kids or a second family, this room includes two bunk beds, each with a queen-size mattress on the bottom and a twin-size mattress on top. It also has its own smart TV and Nest-controlled wall heater.
BALCONY:
Step out onto the private balcony to take in the crisp mountain air.

This condo is in a superb location for skiers at Mammoth. It is comfortable and well appointed, with good parking. Ryan was extremely responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again - and probably will!

This condo is in a great location within walkable distance to Canyon Lodge. Check in was easy and having indoor parking was a plus. The condo itself was clean and comfortable, and there’s access to a hot tub and sauna, although we never ended up using them. I would have no hesitation staying here again.

Fantastic location at Canyon Lodge making it so easy and convenient to get on the slopes within minutes! The host Ryan was outstanding—always quick to respond and immediately care for our needs and requests, going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. He also provides a great guidebook with helpful information, local tips, excursion ideas and places to visit. The condo was spotless, one of the neatest and cleanest I’ve ever stayed at! I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay at the base of Canyon Lodge! And being able to bring our two dogs was the icing on the cake! Five stars all the way!"
