Dog-friendly condo just a short walk to Canyon Lodge and The Village! Steps from hiking and biking trails in summer and a 10 min walk to the lifts in the winter. Enjoy a cozy space with a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, spacious master and separated loft with 3 beds. Condo has its own dedicated garage parking. Fast, reliable 200 Mbps WiFi. Complex amenities include pool, shared hot tub, sauna, BBQs, tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts. Note: Condo is two flights up from the garage (no elevator)

DINING AREA:
Enjoy your meals at the cozy round dining table that seats four, or perch at the kitchen island with three bar stools, perfect for casual dining, morning coffee, or getting some remote work done with mountain views.
PRIMARY BEDROOM:
Sleep soundly on a luxurious king size memory foam mattress with a warm down comforter for chilly nights. The large bedroom includes its own 65” smart TV, ceiling fan, full closet, dresser, and private access to the shared full bathroom upstairs.
LOFT SPACE:
The spacious loft adjacent to the bedroom includes a full-size bunk bed and a queen bed. Ideal for kids, extra guests, or a second family. It also features a 40” smart TV, ceiling fan, and a full-size closet. The loft has a privacy door and overlooks the dining area below.
PARKING:
Enjoy the convenience of one dedicated covered garage parking space (80" Max Clearance), plus 1 additional outdoor space available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The best view in the complex! Condo had all the creature comforts of home. Ryan was extremely communicative, professional and kind! Will def book this space again. Mammoth in the summer is even better than the winter!

I enjoyed my stay and I look forward to returning in the future. The unit was exactly as pictured and with the trails literally out the back door the location was perfect.

Ryan’s place is great. Pet friendly, well equipped, modern and clean! They even supplied dog bowls if needed which is very thoughtful. Thoroughly enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony among the trees. Great amenities, pool, hot tub, and sauna! Only small downfall was we visited during the peak of summer and upstairs where both bedrooms are located stayed pretty warm, making it a bit uncomfortable for some of us to sleep after a long day outdoors. Not completely certain if the home is temperature regulated or not. We would definitely choose to stay here again during the winter season.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay!

My family and I had a lovely stay. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved being able to bring our dog with us. The only thing I would note is that the condo gets a bit warm in the summer. The windows are all on one side of the building limiting any cross breeze, so while it cools off at night, the temp inside upstairs never changed by much.

We had a great stay at Ryan’s condo! The location is perfect. It is walkable to the restaurants and shops in the Village, and was a good home base for all of our adventures. The decor is updated and well done, and the check-in instructions and house manual were clear and thorough. For anyone with mobility issues, I will say that there are two flights of stairs to get to the unit and more stairs in the condo. Also, the garage door must be opened and closed manually. This info is described in the listing, so it was not a surprise and did not bother us, but if you have any physical limitations you will want to consider this. Otherwise, I definitely recommend staying here!
